Ghee, also known as yellow oil, is produced in different parts of the country, but its flavor and aroma are directly related to the type of animal, weather and vegetation in the area. Due to the presence of lush meadows, mountainous weather, and very pleasant floral vegetation in the name of Chaveh in the west of the country and the grazing of livestock in the farms that contain this plant, Kermanshahi animal oil is much more beautiful than the animal oils of other parts of Iran.
Animal oil is prepared from cow’s milk and sheep, so that the yogurt is made from milk to dough, then dough is poured into musk and shake the musk for a very long time to separate the butter. Then heat the butter in a special way to remove impurities such as water and dough, which are completely contained within it, and a yellow and pure oil (animal oil). This oil does not contain any preservatives, it lasts for many years and maintains its flavor and aroma. It can also be kept outside the refrigerator. The animal oil is suitable for cooking and frying, and serve it with bread as a very healthy and delicious meal.
